Users are able to change their character's incarnation at any moment prior to entering the battlefield. Each avatar can acquire all abilities and use all equipment in the game. Avatar's may have as many 200 incarnations. Fury has no classes which means users aren't able to make a mistake that could ruin their character forcing them to restart. Instead of choosing a class and advancing by acquiring gear, grinding around the land, each avatar can redefine and bring into battle any skills and abilities they want. The only thing that might hold you back from certain skills and abilities is the Character's ranking which determines the amount of equip points a character can use at a time.
Incarnations - These are a record of a combination of skills and equipment. It is designed for users to quickly save and come back for use later. They are selected from a menu that drops down to allow players to change their character without having to log in and out. They can be named and changed in sanctuaries and characters can have up to 255 incarnations. All skills are from a school and each school has a theme linked with it where users go to learn new abilities from. A school has one key element that it focus's on and then has two other elements that it doesn't focus on.
